It was another work from home day for me. I spent much of my time doing my maps and getting some deadlines out of the way. The time flew so fast I did not realize I was actually working beyond my work time. I did sone house chores afterwards.

Here is some Karee Puff, one of my favorite Thai appetizers. We ordered it last night for our dinner as we were a bit lazy to prepare our food at home and wanted to treat ourselves with a nice dinner in our neighboring town.
