We woke up a bit early to finish some cleaning in our house, before we headed to attend Church mass. Afterwards, we went to a cafe in the next town to meet my former boss, whom I worked for 22 years ago. It was a surreal moment to see her again with her family. They're here in NZ for overseas holiday. It's just that they have a very jam-packed itinerary and we only had about an hour to catch up. Still, it was a great moment. We went to the playground after that so our boy can have his own playtime.
