My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2024

Finally had the chance to head out today. Living in a beautiful city like Singapore has its pros and cons. Safety means one could go out anytime without fear; well-planned/organised means there are always designated footpaths that one can walk/run on; crowded means giving up on one’s privacy and freedom where the population density is about 110sqm per person. With such high density, when an epidemic breaks out like the recent Covid/Influenza wave, it also means that the chance of contracting it is extremely high living in such close proximity.

Have been down and nursing a flu for the longest time + tropical thunderstorm weather made my life a little more miserable. Am grateful that I get to bask in the beautiful sunset while I’m out to get back my fitness today.
