My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2023: Lots of Walking!

Hello friends and Happy Sunday Night!

Hoping everyone had a wonderful Sunday and Wishing You a Amazing Monday as well!

This is a list for today's activities, which were mostly walking!
I am pretty close to done at the old place! (👍🏼🥳👍🏼) And tomorrow I should be done with all except the garage. With everything going on I have not ordered a shed for outside yet...🤔🤷‍♂️🙄
And so friends, I started the day at the old house. The Sun came up,

And then,

As this was going on I fed the kitties,

Sable has food on his head! 🤣

Then I loaded up the Exploder and headed back to "my" place.
Over there I got into some clothes washing before heading back.
Outside the "Free Laundry Mat", I noticed these plants growing,
This one I am not sure of,

And this is a Cactus by the main drive,

And a look down towards the "Cottage" area,

And that was the day,
Getting down to the end at the old place, and a lot of walking! 🚶🚶🚶

I know you are taking one of the kitties with you, but what happens to the others?

Sounds like you're about to wrap up the old (out with the old and in with the new) and then can focus on the new. Change can be good and I hope you enjoy your new adventure.

Hello There @elizabethbit !
Well here is the story in my "Kitty" buddies...
The one that likes me the most and is most tame is the "Sealpoint" (actually a chocolate point), Koala.
So he has a seat on the bus, so to speak..
Now the other two...
I am willing to take either one of the other two, and wish I could take them both - but can't here.
So...
My old roommates (used to be family mates🤔) have said...
That they would take Care of the mom "Oscarina", and whichever other one.
There is a lady over there that "wanted" the black one, but she has not returned...

So in a way, a part is still in the air...
But..
Monday I clean out the last of my stuff in the garage (got a truck for that), and take that to a storage for a few months...
Also, I told them we "will" decide what is going on then.
Naturally I will still drop off food, occasionally (every few days) and check on them.

And that is unfortunately the best I can do. And yeah, like you I don't trust these people so much....🤔

It is sad to leave them behind. Hopefully, someone will step in and take care of them. I had to leave one behind years ago when we moved to Colorado, but she wasn't around when we had to leave and I had no choice.

Yes it is very sad for me as at times over the last few years, the Cats were all I had here..😞😢😥
I hope it does work out, in some way...
It is funny, had "Plan A" worked out and I went to NJ - they would be there anyways,
Or Plan B, where I was just leaving with my Cat "T.J". He died as these were born. And through this all, really my X roommates were going to take care of them so...
But one thing is for sure...
Monday, I take my "last" things from the garage to a storage place.
After that I do not want to be over there so much, so we will see...
