My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2023: Dr.'s Visit, and a Walk around!

Hello friends and happy Thursday night, and thank you so much for stopping by!

This is a report for today's activities, I decided to call it early - I'm not walking much more today!

So I started the day feeding the Kitties. While I was over there I noticed we had some I testing Clouds,

The steady overcast is over (for now), though we did get a shirt sprinkle...
A closer look at the center,

Then it was off to the Doc's!
What we discovered...
"I'm fine"! I gained 11lbs since August 1st - so now I am at 127lbs!
So I am personally going to keep a check on that, as I already feel a little "weighted"...
I found this Lantana growing but the Doctors office, and took a photo,.

And a little closer,

After this I was about to leave and. I saw this "perfect example" of here and trees...
On this example you can see where the salt air just stunts their growth!

And that was it for today!
