My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2024:Alive and Thriving! Colonoscopy?!?!

Hello friends and happy Mid-Week eve, and thank you for your visit!

This is a report for today's numbers for a change! I made the "5000" early today so I decided to post this evening!

So today was pretty normal, things are warming up and we will hit 71°F, 21.5°C plus tomorrow. It also was very overcast...

So I fed the Kitties, and then I spent the rest of the morning running around because of my "Colonoscopy" tomorrow!

I am in the middle of "prep" and had forgotten things so I had to buy this,

"Magnesium Citrate". "Do Not take ever this stuff away from home"!
Although my Dr. mentioned nothing, I read up on the Internet and within 30mins to 3 hours you will be in the bathroom - awhile, and "you will feel like a fire hydrant - literally"!

The next "Stuff",

This works exactly the same, except you are drinking more of it. They expect me to drink this whole thing, probably won't happen!
And, no food since yesterday afternoon!
Oh well, the experiment will be over tomorrow a.m.!
Which is good because "up to now", nothing is wrong with me. This is totally "exploratory" to find out why nothing is wrong with me!
I have been dodging it since August but it finally caught up with me!
And there is no way out, so I guess I will go with it. Though I will admit, not eating for over a day (at this point) and the rest is making things a little rough.
So folks, if this ever comes up in your life and your Dr. Just demands it...
I have heard in some places they do have alternatives - take "any" of them!

Yes. You can use that magnesium or magnesium salts. the effect is like you're having a bomb inside ready to explode. I had taken it a few times. And had to have a colonoscopy a few months ago but refused because I am afraid...I have serious gut damages and constipation after some pills I have taken last March for covid. Stay strong!
