My Actifit Report Card: February 29 2024: Alive and Thriving - "South Texas Snow"!

Hello friends, Happy Thursday evening I am wishing You - and I do wish to thank you for your visit!

This is a report for yesterday's activities, behind again and will be for a few days.....
And I do not have to many photos this time. Between the overcast skies and wind...

Not much came out...
But in the course of my morning I did stop by the grocery store - where I also made the bulk of the step count. Luckily the building blocked most of the wind. When I was coming out I saw that the Ice Machine had a major issue and they were piling up the Ice outside!

So no snow! But graying up again!
Actually "Snow" would scare people here - really! I think it was in 2001 (?) we had what anyplace else would be an extremely light snow..
I was about 60 miles north of Corpus, and I drove home that morning on the highway.
You would not believe how many cars and pickup trucks I saw skidded into the ditches on the sides of the road, literally all the way back!

And that was it!

Oh! Your back in the states? Pardon me if I remembered it correctly I thought you are somewhere in Asia...🤭🤭
Ooooo! Love to experience snow really, that is one of my biggest dream..... To be able to touch, lie down make an angel on the snow!!! Haha.
Hope I get to live to experience it.

I grew up in Snow.. New Jersey and then Germany...
Naaa....
I am here because it doesn't snow!

I am still right on the border here in South Texas...
I did have an offer to relocate... But then in the last seconds a very good deal popped up to stay here, so...
I just moved 5 miles up the beach!
