My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2025: Alive and Thriving Sunday, "A Egret, a Seagull, and a Vulture"!
Hello friends, Happy Sunday evening I wish you and also want to thank you for your visit!
This is a report for today's activities! I am about done for the day, so I decided to post for the day now - instead of waiting till tomorrow!
And so, the first thing is I rode the Black bike to the old house and fed the Kitties there (and will tomorrow also). On the way home I stopped by two stores and got a few things. This part alone got me to around 4200 steps!
After I got home I went through some chores and took a rest. After a few hours I went back out on the bike to the Park.
This is the Shoreline today looking south,
Extremely low tides, and lots of "sludge / silt" washing up!
Way down the Shore you can see they are trying to pull the stuck pole setter with the other one,
I wish them luck!
And this is the view towards Padre Island, a bit hazy...
While taking these photos a Vulture suddenly flew by,
And then this Seagull,
Definitely #aliveandthriving !
As I was leaving I saw this "Snowy Egret" looking for dinner!
I watched it for a few moments, and...
Here it sees something,
And it is getting ready to go for it,
And he got it!
I think that since I watched this and didn't try to take away it's food it was proud!
It's standing there like it's "King of the World"!
And then I left the Park. I made a few more steps doing house chores and cooking dinner and that was it!
