My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2025 - My Alive and Thriving Sunday!

Hello friends and happy Sunday evening I wish you and also want to thank you for your visit!
This is a report for today's activities, I am about done for the day so I decided to go ahead and post now.

So today started with this Sunrise. This is a view to the East,

And a few seconds later more to the North,

Well after my morning look outside and feeding the Kitties here I headed over to the old house to feed the Kitties there. While I was there I saw that Morning Glories were growing on the fence. Here a look at them. Here is the whole plant,

And a closer view of two flowers,

So then I went home. I stopped at the Grocery store and then continued home.

After awhile at the house I remembered I wanted to put a few miles on the Green bike today. I had put on new tires on Friday and had not ridden on them yet, so I headed to the Park on the bike,

Over there it was pretty calm. Hardly any birds, nothing. I did see a baby Rabbit when I first got there, but it ran in the bushes. I did see this Seagull flying by,

And on the Pole,

After that I rode around the neighborhood a bit to get the step-count up and headed home. The other "steps" were from doing laundry, etc...
