My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2026 - "Alive and Thriving Sunday"!

Hello friends and happy Sunday evening I wish you and also want to thank you for your visit!

This is an activity report for today's activities - I am sure that I am not making many more steps today!

So, onward to my #aliveandthriving day!

This was the Sunrise here today I caught while doing my "first round" of chores,

Pretty vivid!

After the rest of my morning here, I headed over to the old house to feed Babygirl (the Kitty), and Dozer (the Tortoise).
While over there my ex-roomate was showing me her "Comfrey" plant that she had gotten on "Etsy",

It seems to be doing well, 1 week in. I may get one myself as the medicinal claims on this plant are very interesting!

Also while over there I saw this Contrail heading North,

And that a few other plants have bounced back! Here is the Sweet Basil,

And one of the Plumeria plants,

And then I went home (I drove the truck - too windy for the bike!).

After awhile the winds died down so I took a ride to the Park. On my way down the Park road I saw this "Tri Colored Heron",

I rode over to the Channel side. It was pretty hazy, but I got a chance to show you all something,

Yes, you can see this guy is about a quarter mile out / 402.33 meters - the water is up to his knees! Shallow and a little dangerous really. When the water is like that the "Rays" get pretty active as the water is warm!

I left there and rode down the Channel. Really most of the photos I took were either hazy or blurry from the wind and haze, I did get a few Wildflower photos.
This is a few photos of some "Purple Poppy Mallow" that I found,

As I got close to my house I saw that although I was close I still did not make it to 5000 steps so I rode around the neighborhood one more time.
Here I passed a brand new "Amazon Electric" delivery truck,

Interesting and strange all in one!

From there I rode home as I was just over the 5000 step-count. From there the rest of the steps where from moving around the house.
