Good to hear from You, and glad Your getting settled!
I am living in "The Great Texas Disaster" of 2021...
It has been down to 20° F, with no power - and most of the time no water.
We got services restored yesterday, but supposed to freeze again tonight...🥶🥶🥶
But...
I am so Grateful & Thankful things came back on!
Like You say, and I know there are some who do not have that.
Needless to say,
This all just made it a bit more "serious" - moving I mean, because...
The weather was nature, no problem there....
Turning off services and letting people freeze to death (a few), that part was man made.
Too stupid or devious to live around...
Anyways...
I hope Your unpacking goes smoothly and things get settled going into the weekend.
I am headed for a lot of work here...
Pipes busted from freezing (thank You City of Corpus Christi),
And other things too..

I hate to think of you there having to go through so much.
You guys have really suffered in almost every way imaginable over there the past year haven't you.
I really wish I could do something to help you!
