Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge with Equalizer

Splinterlands on of the best card battle game on hive blockchain. This week BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge is Equalizer. This challenge is also requires some basic understanding of cards used in battle. In this ruleset all monsters starts with the same health, based on the highest health on either team. As in this battle Monsters with sneak attack are very helpful so so I decided to use some sneak attack monsters with high health as back-end monsters. In this battle used "Cursed Windeku" as tank card having 10 health with throne ability with 2 malee attack. As in this battle every monsters also got Amplify ability so all monster have so all monsters have increased ability to magic reflect, throne and return fire. In this battle I used one thorns ability card and two sneak ability cards and one halving ability card. This battle was low mana 31 so I decided to use some strong back line cards with multiple abilities. This battle was death vs dragon summoners.

1. All Monsters have the Amplify ability.

2. The initial Health of all Monsters is equal to that of the Monster on either team with the highest base Health.

3. All Ranged and Magic attack Monsters have the Snipe ability.

As battle was low mana so I decided to use some extra abilities cards and also fill all spots. I decided to use some strong back line cards having sneak ability. I used "Cursed Windeku" as tank with 2 malee attack, 10 health and thorns ability. On 2nd position I used "Riftwing" no attack and 6 health with scavenger / flying and backfire ability. On 3rd position I used "Silent Sha-vi" 3 malee attack and 6 health with sneak ability. On 4th position I used "Uraeus" 2 malee attack and 3 health with sneak / poison ability. On 2nd last position I used Halfling Alchemist 1 ranged attack and 1 health with halving ability, so when this monster attack enemy monsters attack reduce to half. On last position I used Dhampir Stalker 4 ranged attack and 6 health with close range / true strike ability. I am very happy with my team and if my tank card survives then my other cards will destroy the enemy team monsters. Let’s discuss my team one by one.

Cursed Windeku

I used Cursed Windeku Rare Death Unit as a tank card. This card has 2 malee attack and 10 health with thorns ability. I used this card on tank position in all mana fights as this card is very helpful with thorns ability and high health. This card is the best choice for tank card in low mana fights.

Riftwing

On 2nd position I used Riftwing Common Death Unit with flying / scavenger and backfire ability. I always use this card in low mana fights because of its scavenger ability and high speed. Hope this card could gain health on every monster elimination on every turn.

Silent Sha-vi

On 3rd position I used Silent Sha-vi Common Death Unit. This card has 3 malee attack and 6 health with sneak ability. I always used this card as my back line card as this card eliminate enemy back line cards.

Uraeus

On 4th position, I used Uraeus Epic Neutral Unit. This card has 2 malee attack and 3 health but this card's sneak and poison abilities are very strong. So hope this card perform well and do maximum damage to enemy back line monsters.

Halfling Alchemist

On 2nd last position I used Halfling Alchemist Epic Neutral Unit. This card has 1 ranged attack and 1 health with halving ability. I always used this card as my back line card as if this cards attack to enemy tank card attack reduce to half. This card is very helpful in all mana fights.

Dhampir Stalker

On last position, I used Dhampir Stalker Rare Death Unit. This card has 4 ranged attack and 6 health but this card's true strike / close range ability is very strong. So hope this card perform well and do maximum damage to tank card and enemy monster cards.

So my strategy in this battle was very simple as in this battle I mostly rely on my sneak cards. I used "Cursed Windeku" as tank card with throne ability so hope this card do some extra damage to enemy monsters. If my tank card survives some rounds then hope my other cards could eliminate enemy's back line monsters. My sneak ability cards are very strong so they can do some damage to enemy back line monsters cards and my halving card reduce the attack of enemy tank card. I think in this battle my sneak cards performed well and hoped "Riftwing" fill 2nd tank card position well. Also hoped that my cards could not miss any attack and did proper damage to enemy back line monsters. Overall my entire back line cards did 5 ranged and 5 malee attack damage to enemy team. This battle lasted for 8 rounds.

I think that I brought strong team in this battle and fill all spots with some strong cards like strong tank card in middle strong sneak cards and at the end I used some strong 4 ranged attack card but my strategy not work well. As my enemy brought more balance team and used battle strategy well. As my enemy used amplify and target practice rule set efficiently. So my enemy eliminate my back line cards first and I face attack on all positions. I lost this battle in 8 round my all cards performed well but main difference was summoner. My enemy team brought "Byzantine Kitty" Legendary Dragon Summoner in this battle which heal enemy tank card on every turn and also gave extra speed. So that is why my card miss many attacks. Our today's battle challenge with "Equalizer" was a fun for me but not succeeded to complete this week.
