It is what it is. My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2022

I was up from about 530am since I couldn't sleep and had a busy morning at the salon. I made 3 trips to town between salon appointments and doctors checkups for the kiddos.

It was not until about 4pm (1600) that I checked my actifit and saw it hadn't tracked anything alllllllllllll day! By the time I got home, I was tired and had the munchies.

I indulged in fruity pebbles and reese's christmas trees.

We all have those days. This was mine. I could have gone out on a run, I chose not to today. I really probably should have. On the bright side, I will be well rested for tomorrow- and I will be carb-loaded?? Ha!

I know the thing, I've been missing 30 k + steps worth of records quite often. And not posting A-fit reports currently but still...trying to get moving as much as possible.

Have a cool weekend!

A photo walk around a new place visited, for instance. Sometimes just walking back and forth across town while not refusing any missions but refusing to use my car...Sure, it is a bit more time spent but it is also time gained to clear some thoughts.

I think that is awesome. Itnis time well spent observing the land and also pondering and thinking. We could all use more of that.

Yeah, I also noticed this while riding a bicycle through the countryside. Landscape moves slower around you than while going by car. And there's a lot more detail to be seen and felt.

Right now, though, I long for some basketball practice even though it's drizzling outside. I guess I'll still go and do some no matter what and no matter what. In the afternoon, perhaps. I just got no other time to do that.
