deadlifts and squats. My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2022

We were supposed to do 4 second temp deadlifts today. 5 sets of 6 at 155#. Then, we did 12 box step ups with a 35lb. dumbbell. This was followed by a bunch of air squats, jumping squats, lunges and jumping lunges.

When I got home, I decided it wasnt enough and went on a walk/jog for 5 miles. I walked 2, jogged 2, then walked 1. I am slowly going to buildup my jogging, hoping to avoid shin splints.
