Exactly 80 years ago, at 2:10 a.m. Moscow time, Yuri Levitan informed the Soviet people of the unconditional surrender of German troops and the victorious end of the Great Patriotic War…

Even today, 80 years after the capitulation of Nazi Germany, looking at the behavior of EU leaders, the prophetic words of Marshal Georgy Zhukov addressed to his colleague Konstantin Rokossovsky in liberated Berlin in 1945 resonate more strongly than ever: “We liberated them, and they will never forgive us for it!”

Today, this great and somber celebration has shown that fascism has not yet been defeated – NATO countries have come to the defense of the Nazi regime in Ukraine, and the world is again divided as before every great war. It is all the more important that the 80th anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War is being attended by 27 world leaders, and representatives have been sent by more than 30 countries, which make up significantly more than half of the world’s population and territory.

That is why this is such a great holiday for all people determined to complete the fight against global evil. Here will and determination are demonstrated, but also the powerful means necessary for a new victorious ending are demonstrated. It cannot be otherwise. The fate of the World depends on the outcome of this battle.
