My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2021

Blurt is back! I'm glad it is working again and grateful for all the hard work that is going into getting it on course.

I can't believe what a difficult road it can be to get anything done in the crypto world.

It was raining most of the morning and afternoon. My son and I waited until it slowed down a bit and headed out to the local nine basket disc golf course to play a couple of rounds.

We played with four discs each and did not use our main putters or rags. My son took three putters and a fairway driver. I had a throwing putter, two fairway drivers, and a distance driver. We switched our discs for the second round.

I ended up winning both rounds. My son was having trouble with close distance throws even with three putters. The discs he had chosen were all difficult to hold when wet and overstable.

I scored better with my lighter understable discs and they gave better grip in the wet weather. I don't think my son liked my discs very much and was having trouble with them.

I was able to throw his fairway driver that he picked out but it was really dumpy for me. It was also a max weight disc so every throw felt like it had to be tossed with a lot of force.

I did like one of his putters though - the Ruin disc and I managed to do pretty good with his P2 putter even though it was a bit deeper than I like.

The new lamp and floor as it looks today:

The new floor is in to stay. There is a small cosmetic flaw on each board but you really can't see it in the typical light around here. Plus when you walk around on it the dirt kind of hides the flaw.

They wanted to replace it all because of the flaw and said that the warranty was void if it was not replaced. It really did not make much sense to toss it all in the landfill just because of such a small issue.

As it worked out the warranty can stay so the floor can stay. I'm glad and happy with the way it looks.
