My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2021

Doggie and I walked around as usual but that was about it. I did a few things around the house and went shopping, etc. Then I played with my disc golf practice basket for a bit to get my five thousand steps.

My friends and I are planning an excursion to a disc golf course most of us have not played much recently. I played it about a week ago but before that there was a large gap in time. I think it should be fun, it is always fun to play with your friends.

I've been having a lot of fun playing with the filters in GIMP. There are a lot of different settings that you can use to get different looking pictures. I think the picture below kind of has a dragon feel to it. I find it interesting how all of the different colors come out of the original photograph.

Yes, it is kind of cool how the different filters can make a paint like effect.

We will be playing at Twin Rivers. It is a nice course but the tee pads are in bad shape.

Yeah, playing games and having fun is really necessary to get rid of boredom in ourselves.
The picture you show is very beautiful, it looks like it has all the colors.

Your gimp filter makes your sunset photo look like an art painting.

Thank you! The original photo is not all that appealing and has some dark shadows. I did a couple of different processing steps to come up with this one.
