My Actifit Report Card: December 2 2021
It was cold and kind of wet outside so I just walked the dog again today. It is kind of hard to motivate when both the weather is colder and the ground is too muddy to enjoy playing disc golf.
It never stopped me before but I guess I'm a bit more of a fair weather disc golfer now. Plus I think it is good to give my arm and body a bit of a rest. When you start getting some issues that don't go away for some time I think it is good to recover a bit. It's nothing major, just some tender muscles and sore spots but I don't want to get any repetitive motion type issues.
I did go down to the community health center for a booster shot today. My arm is a bit sore from that but otherwise I'm feeling fine. Other than the wait it went fine. Even with an appointment it seems like you end up waiting a bit. Like most places they are understaffed right now.
Tonight's dessert:
I know I really should cut down on the processed sugar, but it's so good. Plus I seem to be addicted. I guess there are a lot worse things to be addicted to. Still, once the ice cream is gone... Maybe I'll buy some more cookies, lol.
Problems, problems, lol.
When it warms up a bit I naturally start to eat better so no long term worries.

I also sometimes feel the same way, it's hard to resist the urge for delicious food, one of which is ice cream and others.
The rain makes us lazy to move and just want to lie down at home while enjoying various foods..😅

I know, ice cream is good at any time of year, as long as the heat is on.
My father also took booster dose day before yesterday. He is telling now paining his arms. I am always care about him. I think with this situation better taking the vaccine.
Hopefully Booster works optimally in carrying out its functions. Looking at the food you have on the photography table, it looks like something is going up and down my neck. :)

When zoom in on those two pictures a little , can see those mountains very beautifully. That side seems a bit crowded.
