My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2022

I had a fun round of disc golf today in the winter league. It was really windy and rained a bit towards the end of the round. I was struggling a lot with the conditions and the difficulty of the course. My score was not too good today but it was fun to play.

I was having a bit of any issue at the start of the round and during warm-up throws. I would get really dizzy and light headed after throwing a hard drive. It made me hesitate to put as much power on the throw as I wanted. It felt a bit like a low blood pressure problem.

I had this kind of experience before when taking medications but I'm not taking anything now. My father had issues with low blood pressure too so it kind of runs in the family.

You would think my blood pressure would be running high from the stress and excitement of the disc golf round. Go figure, lol.

Maybe taking it easy for a few days before a round is not the best approach when you want to do well on a round. I'm not sure if it is helpful or not but my arms and legs are feeling better after not doing as much exercise recently.

With the wind like it was today I found the out of bounds sidewalk a couple of times and had some really bad luck on a few putts that I can usually make. Oh well, this is only week four of eight weeks and the rest of the rounds are easier.

Sorry your game was off; low blood pressure is not good just as high blood pressure isn't good. It needs to be just right! Okay now I'm sounding like a bedtime story; can you guess the one, lol?

Regardless, be careful with it. I have to watch the other end of that spectrum. I don't take meds for it, but rely on exercise to help as that has been my go to for it.

We have 'shrooms up here that look like the one you have here. I call them the cinnabon as one a couple years ago seriously looked like a fluffy cinnabon pastry. I don't think I'd try this one though.....

How are you @lightflasher, now but I think it would be good to have your blood pressure checked again. Because physical fitness is worth . So anyway, then you will be able to make the most of the you are playing with this passion.

Indeed, blood pressure problems will come anytime and anywhere. You should check with the doctor to get medicine and advice from the doctor on how to deal with it when you have to compete. It really affects your game today, and you can't play optimally.
You also have to pay attention to your health at all times, besides you are a sportsman, or you will suffer a lot of injuries.

Oh well, this is only week four of eight weeks and the rest of the rounds are easier.

May the following weeks luck be on your side. Winning and losing are common in the game. Just enjoy the game.
