My Actifit Report Card: March 12 2022

It was a nice temperature this afternoon so I decided to mow the yard since it had not been done for a month or so. I was comfortable mowing in my shorts and tee-shirt. If I was not working I might have been cold though.

It rained later this afternoon after I mowed so I missed out on disc golf. Maybe tomorrow or Monday I will get out to the course.

I rode down to the store on my e-bike in the rain for some groceries. It was not raining very hard.

I was playing around with my new to me photography light to see if the photos will come out better with more light. Here's a comparison of a few different lighting effects with it.

Natural light through the window:

Artificial light with my photography lamp:

A combination of window lighting and the photography lamp:

So far I think the natural light wins out but with some more practice I think the photography light will be nice for taking still images without shadows. I might need to do some white balance work to get the color looking better.

Thanks for reading! I always value your support and comments. The pictures were taken by me with my Galaxy S9+. Text and graphics copyright lightsplasher & litesplasher.

I almost always use a cellphone camera but now that I have a tripod I might start using my other camera a bit too.

All three photos are beautiful but photo with natural light is so awesome. I love raining weather but long raining period stuck us in our house and sometimes we miss playing in ground because of raining. Today your step counts are little more than usual 5000 steps. Thanks for sharing your activities with us. Your photography entertain the community because of its beauty. Stay blessed.

Thank you. I do like the natural light photo the best too. The others might come out better if I took more time in processing to correct for the color balance.

Yeah, you have to cultivate more.
Because the flowers are really beautiful.

Nice flower. The difference in light is pretty drastic imo

The lighting can make a big difference. If there is enough natural light I like that the best.

Spring is coming, so it's probably getting hotter these days. It's not that bad .I really like the color of the flower shown in the first photo. Very beautiful.

It is very nice around here this time of year. The flowers are just starting to open. The natural light photo is my favorite too.

Wow amazing photography and very enchanting when I saw it. But if you need an honest assessment from me, I like the former. No offense! Enjoy your day there!

I think that the natural light looked the best too. I actually wanted the photography light to capture images for making 3D models.

All three are awesome, but, yeah, the natural light still wins. Maybe, as you learn further, you'll find the balance for all three processes.

What does an e-bike look like?

There are many different designs for e-bikes. Some of them look just like a regular bike with the batteries and engine relatively hidden. Mine has a fairly large battery mounted on the frame and a large hub motor.

I went to the store on my e-bike in the rain to buy some groceries. The rain wasn't too heavy.

can e-bikes get rained on? because here many people think it will be damaged if it rains

I think that in part this depends on the design of the e-bike. Mine is reasonably water resistant and I have used it many times in the rain without any problems.

maybe so too. because here it is not recommended to be exposed to water, but the design of the bike you are using is different
