My Actifit Report Card: March 28 2022
Doggie and I did three walks today and I managed to get my 5K steps between that and some other activities. It is not quite the level of physical activity I would like. Maybe tomorrow I can fit in a quick nine hole round of disc golf.
Things have been getting easier. I have been talking to a lot of friends and feeling much support.

Wow I really like this flower is it a flower that grows on a bush
This flower is growing up from the ground. They are some of the first flowers that come up after the winter.

Use it or lose it, I really like to get out and do a minimum of steps if I have the chance.

Amazing, really amazing photography. Flower is very beautiful with purple 💜 and white lines on flower's petals. Yellow flowers are also beautiful but purple and white flower are more beautiful.
