My Actifit Report Card: April 15 2022
I scored a plus four on the disc golf course today, (or a plus three depending on if you think a par three on a highly technical slightly downhill five hundred foot hole is fair.) It was a better round than I have had recently but I was not playing as well as I usually do. It was still a bit windy but that was not a big factor. Maybe my new shoes are still not broken in well yet. 😁
Things are coming together here and it sounds hopefully that I will be back home sometime in June. I might still be able to play in a few disc golf tournaments if that is the case.

I had not seen one like it before, I'm not sure what it is. I'm back close to 10K steps and feeling pretty good. I might be tired tomorrow but we shall see.

Wow!!! Look at your steps! That is great. I have fallen down on how many I do and I need to get that number back up to where it belongs.
The shrub is a Bottlebrush and it is such a crazy-looking plant, although, very beautiful.
