My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2022

avatar

I played out at my favorite disc golf course this morning. I scored a +9 in the first round and a +3 in the second. It was windy for the first round and it settled down just a bit for the second so that was helpful to my score.

I'm still struggling a bit with my forehand form but making slow improvement. My hip and arm are feeling better so if nothing else I think I'm putting less stress on my body when throwing.

It was cloudy this morning and a little rainy this afternoon. I was half thinking of playing a more challenging disc golf course but the weather was a bit windy so I thought I would just stick to my usual course. I know the course well enough that I hardly ever lose a disc anymore even in windy conditions. There are still a few challenging areas where you don't want to throw a disc but the course is well maintained.

Some wildflowers out on the disc golf course today:

Watch out for the human traffickers at hivefest. You wont know it until its too late. STAY AWAY! Beware, traffickers can be women or men! They will act nice until they dont. There is human trafficking going on around this type of crypto. I have witnessed it. They literally have attempted my murder and are trying to kill me with V2K and RNM. Five years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. I bet we can get to the sources of V2K and RNM then. https://ecency.com/fyrstikken/@fairandbalanced/i-am-the-only-motherfucker-on-the-internet-pointing-to-a-direct-source-for-voice-to-skull-electronic-terrorism ..... https://ecency.com/gangstalking/@acousticpulses/electronic-terrorism-and-gaslighting--if-you-downvote-this-post-you-are-part-of-the-problem if you run into one of them you may want to immediately shoot them in the face. 187, annihilate, asphyxiate, assassinate, behead, bleed, bludgeon, boil, bomb, bone, burn, bury, butcher, cap, casket, choke, chop, club, crucify, crush, curb, decapitate, decimate, deflesh, demolish, destroy, devein, disembowel, dismember, drown, electrocute, eliminate, end, euthanize, eviscerate, execute, explode, exterminate, extinguish, finish, fry, grind, guillotine, gut, hack, hang, hit, ice, implode, incinerate, kill, liquidate, lynch, massacre, maul, microwave, mutilate, neutralize, obliterate, off, pop, poison, punnish, quarter, ruin, shank, shock, shoot, shred, skin, slay, slaughter, smoke, smother, snipe, snuff, squish, stab, strangle, stone, suffocate, suicide, SWAT, swing, terminate, torture, terrorize, whack, waste, wreck. Digitalis! My absolute favorite! It is quite abundant in my neck of the woods as well. Nice job with your 10822 @actifit steps for the day, @lighstplasher! Take care and enjoy the weekend!

Also when I do yoga, when the stress of our person detaches, the best moments always come in the activity that we develop, that's why his hip and arm improve for his favorite game golf, reasons for his throws to be more successful, as for the de-stressing ourselves logically generates an effective concentration. I wish you success, brother, from Venezuela, in your favorite sport, golf. .

Thank you. I think a lot of yoga type movements are helpful in maintaining good balance and being limber.

Thank dear @lightsplasher . I will always wish him success in his Golf, I see that it is his passion. Certainly yoga is very good, it is even what has helped my health, which was affected by a tumor, which required a gamma ray intervention by a neurosurgeon, and Yoga has been my great medicine for physical and mental health. I thank you for the visit you always make to my publications. successes.

Someone said in one of the other comments that it is Digitalis and when I looked that up, it also called it Foxglove. I checked further once I saw the name, because I had heard about digitalis before and it is what is used in some heart medicines. Interesting.

It has been a bit windy and cooler here. I'm expecting to play a bit better in warmer less windy weather.

I am always amazed by wildflowers, even though they are not cared for in a special place but are very beautiful, what flower is it?

These are called foxglove or a kind of digitalis flower. They are used in making medicine but are very poisonous to eat.
