My Actifit Report Card: November 12 2022
I was going to relax and take it easy today but the weather was so nice that I headed out to my home disc golf course and played a couple of rounds. I scored a +1 in the first round and a -3 in the second. I think a -5 is my personal record on the eighteen-hole course.
There were a lot of people out playing today. I usually don't like playing when so many people are on the course but things went very smoothly. A couple of groups let me play through and most of the walkers stayed out of the way. I heard a comment from one of the moms about it being a nice park but a bit difficult to walk around. (It probably would not be my first choice to walk around with small children on a busy disc golf day, lol.) Most people are very aware of people on the course though.
I finally bit the bullet and ordered a couple more discs. I've given up on the lost Wave disc for now and should be getting a replacement soon. It should be a bit less stable than the one that I lost so I'll have a good mix of eleven speed discs to fall back on. I also ordered another D3 max. I have been liking the D3 so much that I felt like I need a spare just in case my D3 gets lost in a pile of leaves or something, lol.
One of my buddies wants to throw tomorrow so I guess I'll have to wait another day for a rest break.
