My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2022
I stayed inside most of the day and just went out for a short walk with the dog. It has been cold and I'm still trying to take it easy every so often so my body feels fine.
I'm thinking about heading out tomorrow morning for a practice round of disc golf.

I like the view when you shoot in the air and see birds flying there
seeing the weather so cold it should be tomorrow for golf practice. anyway the game of golf is the main thing. And I see the picture you shared is pretty good too. thanks for sharing.
