My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2022
The three of us played over on our favorite eighteen-hole course today. I was not throwing particularly well after having taken some time off. My arm was feeling fine but I was turning my D3 Max over and not controlling it well. On hole two it went out of bounds into the woods.
On hole three I almost put my Wave disc in the water hazard. It stabled up a bit too soon and almost faded into the water.

I just barely made it over the water. You can see my disc near the rushing water if you look closely.
On hole five I turned my D3 Max hard to the right and it sailed out into the lake. I don't think it went too far out there so maybe it might come back to me if the water clears up enough to spot it.
I've not been throwing it all that well recently. I'm not sure if I will want to get another replacement of the D3 Max in the same weight and plastic. Next time I might get either the D3 or D2 disc or at least a heavier version of the D3 Max in 500 plastic.
It is a very fine line between a disc that is too understable and one that is going to fly max distance for me. Especially when you factor in what the wind can do to a disc that is thrown hard.

The three of us were really having a fun time and it was wonderful to see everyone again. This season has been different and one of my friends could not see his family because of covid so he was very happy to be out there. My son was also sick with it but his symptoms were very mild.

Neither myself or Liz have had Covid.
I believe I had the respiratory infection took two weeks to recover from it right before the holidays !😳

Over 18k walks? Wow, that's massive!
That was a bit longer than I was used to and I'm feeling it today. I think it is good to do that once in awhile so long as you don't break something, lol. When I was younger I could do that much easier for many days in a row.
Yeah, it's good to do it once in a while. I used to do a lot of walk out before mostly on weekends but now I rarely do it. Most walks I do now are not deliberate. I hope I get the morale to go back again.

happy playing golf must be very enjoyable because you have been unable to play disc golf for several weeks because of the rain and snow for days, and the views of the golf course look very beautiful and bright, especially when taken very well so it looks very cool.

Finally I can see you playing golf again after taking a long vacation. Even though you are not very good, your arm has improved. I also don't see any snow on the golf course. Has it all melted?
The snow has melted for some time now. It is still a bit wet and rainy. We might get another cold snap with more snow but I'm thinking that might be it for the season. It is hard to tell what the weather will do now.
My arm is feeling much better. It has been a bit of an issue for a number of years since I dislocated it the first time when I was sixteen or so. As you get older a lot of things are somewhat less than ideal.
Very nice pictures. I think there are still many trees that are green and lush.
