My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2023
I took a rest day today and did not do too much. My arm and back were not feeling great. My back is much better tonight but it has been bothering me a bit since before the last disc golf tournament.
I'm thinking about switching to my other arm for throwing tomorrow if I am just out for a practice round. It feels like my body has been getting a bit unbalanced since I have been favoring my primary throwing arm so much. I used to throw with either arm but since I've been trying to score the best I've focused my throwing on just one arm.
My friends are convalescing as well. Hopefully, we will get together on Wednesday.

I can throw a disc maybe 17 feet left handed
I used to be a lot better at it than I am now because I had a lot of concerns with various joints on the my right side. If anything my joints have improved a lot since I started playing. Being the competitive person I am, I'm more apt to go for distance and accuracy and gave up trying to balance things out any.

Thank you. It is gradually getting better. It never got so bad that it slowed me down too much. I'm very thankful for that but there is a tendency to not rest enough if it is not too bad.
I have the same issue, as long as it isn’t too bad you keep pushing forward…….😮
I need to learn to give it time to heal as well, take care my friend. !😊

you're right, sometimes going out for practice makes our arms hurt a little more and you choose to rest so your arms recover, and you prepare for that for the tournament on wednesday, hopefully you can get the points you hope for
