My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2023
I played a short nine-basket practice round with five discs in the wind and rain on the disc golf course. It is good to practice under these conditions just in case you need to play a round that counts when the weather is bad.
I took three putter discs a nine-speed and a thirteen-speed disc. I think the nine-speed generally works better in the wind depending on the direction you are throwing into it.
I took a lot of practice putts with the three putters, it was a good experience to play with them in the wind.

I did some shopping at the local drugstore for some mouthwash. I generally don't shop at the store I went to but the mouthwash is kind of special I suppose and worth a trip to the other side of the river, lol.
I sat there next to the checkout machine trying to figure out how to pay with my smartphone. I heard a meek voice in the background saying, "Please sir could I use your bathroom?"
The clerk looked somewhat annoyed and said, "Just a minute," and then muttered into his microphone, "Code 47 we have a code 47."
He looked at me struggling with my smartphone and reaching for my credit card from out of my wallet. "Are you trying to pay with your phone?" he asked. "You need to put it on the top of the reader."
There was an odd-looking decoration on the top of the credit card reader that sure enough read the signal from my smartphone just fine when I placed it there. "Wish they would standardize these things a little bit," I thought to myself. "I wonder what the heck a code 47 was, why doesn't he just tell her what the bathroom door lock code is?"
I hesitated to turn around and look at whoever was in line behind me. I figured it was time to get out of Dodge before the bullets started flying, lol.
I remember fondly the good old days when one could simply walk into a store and use the bathroom.

I know very little about such things. From my experience the tree looked relatively healthy but many trees in the park have died recently.
The time when beautiful flowers populate the landscape, I love that kind of scenery.
Btw, don't worry about not being techie enough, I'm not worried about that too :D I don't even have a CC even if my bank keeps sending me notifications to apply for one. I mostly do cash transactions :D Someday, if crypto is adopted by stores or shops then I'll ditch cash and go for crypto instead.
About the mouthwash, it's a part of my oral hygiene as well, can't live without it. I need it for my gum health. So, I need a very specific type of mouthwash, I only go with the ones that contain 0.12% Chlorhexidine Gluconate. My routine includes dipping my floss on a slightly diluted mouthwash and then flossing my teeth. That's to make sure that the mouthwash will reach even the tight spaces in my teeth. I do that once a day before I go to bed. My gums were healthier when I started this routine. I didn't discover it on my own, my Dentist advised me about it and I'm thankful that it works well for me.
In a few more weeks it is going to be very fragrant around here as the flowers start to open up. It is one my favorite times of the year.
Crypto being adopted by stores and shops has a long way to go in this regulatory climate but you never know. Things could turn around quickly if economists and politicians start thinking about the benefits it could have.
The mouthwash I was recommended seems to work really well. I like it better than any other types which have caused me issues, in particular when I put them in my water pick. Dipping the floss in the mouthwash seems like a good idea, I might try that and see if it is helpful. When I was younger I tended to ignore my dental health and it has become more of an issue for me now.
It's great that I have shared something with you that might be useful; by the way, the floss that I'm using is an Oral-B Superfloss. It's like a soft thread that soaks up the mouthwash easily, I think a satin or wax type won't work as effectively as this type. Here's the photo:
Hopefully, the mainstream adoption of crypto will be sooner than a decade so we can enjoy more real-world use cases for it :)

you are right, sometimes windy and rainy conditions are also very good for practicing a few rounds, as preparation material if during a tournament the conditions are windy or rainy at least we already have a little experience in dealing with this,
do all trees sprout in spring?
do you buy mouthwash for the care of your mouth and teeth? or is there another function, because I usually buy mouthwash for my dental care, such a long day seems like today for you
I have issues with my gums and the mouthwash helps a lot to keep my mouth healthy. Some types of mouthwash are too harsh but I have found one that works nicely.
I understand now, hopefully your gums will get better again and the medicine will also suit your gums
have fun playing golf today it must have been a lot of fun playing a few rounds using five discs even in wind and rain weather conditions, and the trees are starting to sprout it looks very beautiful and edited very well so it looks very cool.
I find that these types of easy practice rounds can be a lot of fun and helpful in focusing on parts of your game that need improvement. Some times when you play with other people they can get a bit annoyed if your always taking multiple practice throws on each hole. If the course is not too busy playing by yourself for practice is nice too.
