My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2023
I did a lot of driving in traffic today when I took my friend down to the hospital. There are a lot of difficult drivers out on the road and it is kind of hard for me to drive in the rain. I forgot my glasses and that didn't help the foggy wet driving any either. I'm fine to drive without them but they do help when the visibility gets bad.
I thought about taking a few pictures of the fish tanks at the hospital but I wasn't motivated enough to do that. I was really into reading a book called, Healing Ourselves: Biofield Science and the Future of Health. It seemed like the perfect reading material while waiting around at the hospital.
I tried to tell my friend about it but he did not seem particularly interested.
One of the lakes around here:
I took this photo after dropping my friend off at his house. It was from a dead-end road and some of the locals were wondering what I was doing there so I hesitated to get out of the car and get a nicer photo.
I'm planning some major disc golf tomorrow with a couple of friends. I need to practice on one hole, in particular, to try to avoid the embarrassment of playing "Paul Bunyan" and trying to chop down the largest tree on the fairway with my Mantra disc, lol.
Thanks for reading! I always value your support and comments. The pictures were taken by me with my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Text and graphics copyright lightsplasher & litesplasher.

Today's weather is not pretty good as your photo depicts and also congrats to you because you are also a good author may rise and shine ♥️
Life is something we create. So relationships are worth making sacrifices. It is clear from the help you gave to your friend.
I had to check who is Paul Bunyan because I didn’t get what you meant… upon checking… that’s a good reference 😂
The picture of the lake is beautiful 🤩 The fog at the background made it look magical.
I hope all is okay with your friend? Having a day at the hospital can be hard.
I have to agree with you; there are some really 'creative' drivers anymore! Drives me nuts, lol!
I like the picture; it looks very serene. Good job with your 5041 @actifit steps for the day. Take care!

I think the trip was so tiring for you today, starting from driving on a rainy and jammed road when you took your friend to the hospital, you have a very noble heart to help bring your friend to the hospital, the photos of the lake you took are also so beautiful , it looks like there is some rain falling and the fog is not too thick which makes this scene so beautiful,
hopefully tomorrow you can play well in your big disc golf
I hope your friend recovers quickly so he can carry on as usual and can play golf with you in the next game, and hopefully tomorrow you can score with your new Mantra disc, and the view of the lake looks very beautiful and the mountains look very cool.
If you're trying to chop down a tree I'd recommend a Buzz...
Or a chainsaw 😆
You must be killin' it out here!
@davedickeyyall just slapped you with 1.000 PIMP, @lightsplasher.
You earned 1.000 PIMP for the strong hand.
They're getting a workout and slapped 1/2 possible people today.

I found a Buzz in a tree once and didn't really like the feel of the plastic. (Maybe sitting in a tree for a long time had something to do with that.) I didn't end up throwing it much but I'm not sure if it would be that great for tree cutting. Maybe a Tantrum might work better with the wide rim and sharp edges. 😁
A chain saw would be too easy, how about using a herring? lol.
Yes it is hard to drive in raining, your picture are wounderful, amazing caption.
