My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2023

I must have been really tired yesterday evening because my sleep tracker thought I was asleep from 8 pm. I went to bed at around 11 pm but I guess I was sitting in the chair kind of dozing off while watching stuff or something.

I felt good today but it was windy and raining a lot so I stayed inside and did some exercises to try and get my arm moving around better. It sounds like this is a bit of a big storm system and we might be getting some colder temperatures by the end of the week.

Tonight's dinner:

A couple of bowls of soup.

I also really like to eat noodles. You took the picture, it's not the same as the one at our place, so I wanted to eat it I also really like to eat noodles. Your photo is not the same as the one at our place. I want food like that

It's important to pay attention to your body's signals and get enough rest when you need it. It's possible that you were in a state of light sleep or dozing off before you actually went to bed, which may have affected the readings on your sleep tracker.

That bowl of noodles looks delicious! I just want to ask, are those Japanese Udon noodles? It looks like the Udon noodles I ate when I visited Singapore. There are also many Japanese restaurants in that country.

Watching some thing excess is not less than taking a drug it can damage ones visuals because one is focusing hundred percent.

Sitting inside is good when there is storm outside which is very dangerous.

Soup is one of the best ingredient for our body because it is less spicy stay blessed.

It's that friend @lightsplasher you hit hard in the game of disc and the time comes when fatigue hits, how good you slept, I imagine what happens to you like me when I wake up and feel like I was doing yoga, that's how it will happen with you, I imagine he wakes up and assumes he was just playing his favorite sport. I always used to stretching the muscles before playing, not only the arms but also the legs, abdomen and back because their movements are general while playing the disc, the couple of bowls of soup look good, here we also make a lot of chicken soup, vegetables and pasta. Thank you for your visits to my posts, last night I was at a Hive stand, during the Cumaná carnival, promoting Hive.

looks like you were so tired last night and didn't have enough sleep, thankfully today you are back to normal because of the wind and rain weather, especially when accompanied by a bowl of soup on a rainy day this is really very delicious,
