My Actifit Report Card: March 3 2023
I did a bunch of cleaning around the house today. At a certain point, the carpet starts to take on a life of its own and you need to clean a bunch of spots by hand. Doggie might have something to do with the problem, lol.
Anyhow, the house looks better and my arm is feeling better. I should rest up longer but it is tempting to go out and throw a practice round. I'll see how I feel in the morning. I think it is supposed to be a bit rainy so I might be better off going for a long walk instead of practicing disc golf.

Maintaining cleanliness in the house is also very necessary because when the place looks clean then we will feel comfortable in that place.
You also need to rest to restore your energy back.
I also like to see the pictures of the beautiful birds that you share, friends.

It does feel very spring-like around here despite it being a bit cold at the moment. There sure has been a lot of bird activity recently. I also expect to see a few red-winged blackbirds but I have not seen any.
I started noticing the birds are back on the hiking trails!😊

What a gorgeous Stellar Jay. You are so lucky; I wish they would visit my yard. I have seen one once in the neighborhood but they tend to enjoy more wild parts.

Cleaning of house is difficult to do but feel comfortable after cleaning of house. Bird looks very beautiful. In spring season we see different beautiful birds.

during your resting time to recover your arm, you also clean your house, I'm sure you will recover well and be able to do some exercises together with your friends,
in the photo of your bird, it looks like the bird is eating a seed from the flower, is that true? the color of the bird is also so beautiful
