My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2023
I did some walking down to the park today. It was a nice sunny day with cooler temperatures.
My arm is feeling good and I hope it will be fine for the tournament tomorrow. It is the first major event for this season. (Besides the winter disc golf league.) My friends and I are all excited to play.
I did a bit of putting practice today, but other than that, I have not thrown any disc for a while. It will be fun to see how I do. At least we get to use mulligans, so it will be a fun and hopefully low stress tournament. (It is not PDGA sanctioned because of the use of mulligans.)
