My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2023
I played three rounds of disc golf today. The first two were nine holes, and the last was six holes. I didn't score as well as I usually do, but it was great for not having played for a few weeks.
My arm felt fine except on a forehand flick and putting. I skipped doing many forehand throws and focused on backhand. I could not avoid putting discs, though.
