My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2023
I worked in the yard a bit, pulling some weeds and removing the last of the rock rose bushes. I also did the usual walk with Doggie. 🐕
My arm feels about the same from the last couple of days of disc golfing. I thought about doing some practice today but did not get around to doing any. I'll probably work on my forehand and putting tomorrow. I don't want to do too much with my forehand throw, though, because it seems hard on my arm.
