My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2023
I rested around the house today and went for some short walks. It felt good to take things easy. Tomorrow, my friend and I are planning to be out on the disc golf course.
The weather around here has been nice and not too hot or cold. It is predicted to be sunny or partly cloudy for the next few days.

Wonderful house Sparrow. It looks so beautiful. Nice design. Some of these insects emit a bad smell.
Sometimes if you scare them they will emit a bad smell. They don't seem to mind having their picture taken or my picking blackberries nearby.

I think the body needs rest as much as it needs work and when the weather is good it's great to walk in the environment and thank you very much for the photography you shared with us.

We have been quite hot but getting back to more normal this week.
The birds are enjoying and having a great time exploring the world of nature
taking time to rest seems like a good thing to prepare for your golf game tomorrow, i think bugs like that don't exist in your area, because in my area there are so many of them in a plant
