My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2023
I played a practice round of disc golf out at my favorite local course. I scored the same as yesterday at a +4. It was a bit more windy than yesterday.
I hit a first available tree at full force with my D4 Air disc this morning. I was afraid to throw it after that. Hopefully, it will not be too understable. It was just right before the tree hit.
I figured that I should buy another D4 Air since it seems like the understable discs seem to have some issues with me. It's not that I don't like them, but they have a tendency to end up in the lakes and deep in the bramble bushes. The problem is that they tend to fly really far, and I'm not that good at getting them to fly where they should. Sometimes, that extra twenty or thirty feet is worth the risk of turning them over into parts unknown.
I ordered another one just in case. I'm pretty sure the one I have now is going to fly fine as far as understable discs go, but a backup disc is nice to have.
Tonight's sunset:
There were some interesting wave like patterns in the clouds.
This morning's harvest:
I'm getting about a bowl of these per day now.
What it looked like out at the disc golf course today:
The water was looking beautiful and the river was running lower than usual.

Nice your photography sir
Lovely photo of a sunset. Wow! I can hardly detect where the wind is heading to.
Exciting! Disc golf is fun and exciting! Score remains consistent even with strong winds, great! Don't worry about the tree, every player bumps into it occasionally. The D4 Air reserve is ready for the next action! Brilliant! 🥏
Oh, the wave patterns in the clouds at sunset are stunning, and your morning harvest looks delicious! The beauty of the water and rivers on the disc golf course adds to the excitement and enjoyment of the game. Have fun out there, and stay enthusiastic as always! 😊🏞️🥏

I really should do that but I usually put them in my cereal.
Cereal? Like Captain Crunch? Granola?
Usually Muesli and Heritage Flakes with added seeds such as Cia and flaxseed.
