My Actifit Report Card: August 18 2023
We had fun today playing an eighteen-hole disc golf course. I played well with only a few errors. I ended up with the win with a +2 to +9, +12, and +26 scores.
I also made some plans to get some solar panels installed on the roof. It is a big investment, but it sounds like it will pay off in five years or so. It is hard to know what will happen, but it sounds like electricity prices are going to increase a lot.
This way, I have most of my needs taken care of from sunlight hitting the roof. Car, refrigerator, heating, cooling, freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. The only thing that still uses gas is my hot water heater and emergancy heater that only comes on if it gets too cold for the heat pump.
Maybe the next thing to get when it becomes available would be a two-way car charger that would let the car battery be used as an emergancy generator if the power grid goes down. The solar panels cut out if the grid goes down so they can not be used as backup power.

If you play, your body is very good and you can enjoy a lot of joy by playing. One word may always give you health, and a very beautiful picture you have shared with us through your post, which is very nice to see.
Sounds like a fun day and a big investment in your future energy outlook. I hope it works out like you anticipate. I don't think I have ever heard what the life span of the roof panels are supposed to be.
What is the white thing that appears to be in a hole in your photo?
These panels have a twenty five year warranty and if any one of them fail they can be separately replaced and will not stop the others from working.
The white thing is the top of a small fountain coming from the pond. They don't run the fountains much because the pumps are expensive to operate. I thought they should get solar panels installed to operate them but it is a big investment.

It has been too hot for snow recently. That is the top of the water fountain from the pond.

And one of the most important things you have shared with us is about installing solar panels actually it is a very good initiative I think solar installation will be best then you will not have to pay the electricity bills and you will save money.
The game of golf is a fun and very meticulous sport and must install good concentration to be right for me but golf is a large space while I do not have land and I hope you are okay
