My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2023
I did a lot of cleaning today. There was some fuzzy lint next to the dryer that I needed to vacuum up. I had been meaning to fix an issue with the duct that comes out the back of the dryer for several years. There is an air leak there and it lets all the lint come out in the utility room. I thought I would stop procrastinating, so I pulled the dryer out and taped up the duct so it would stop leaking.
The expandable duct is just barely long enough, so it is rather cramped back behind the dryer. I had to bend around in some unusual ways. I felt okay after I got the job done, but when I was doing some other things around the house, I had a lot of trouble bending down.
My lower back was really flaring up and giving me a lot of pain. So much for not procrastinating. The duct probably would have been fine for several more years, lol.
Anyhow, after a nice nap and some relaxation, my back is feeling a lot better. If I rest up tomorrow, I should be fine for the disc golf tournament on Sunday.
