My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2023
My back was giving me a bit of trouble out on the disc golf tournament today. I started out playing pretty well but had issues as the round went on. Usually, I start feeling better as I play, but that was not the case today. It has been getting better over the past few days, so I think it will be fine by next weekend if I don't overdo it.
My son played really well and won his division. My friend was having a great round until he had a first available tree hit in the hole seventeen, and rage spiked the disc into the basket, taking a six.
The nice thing about these eight week tournaments is that there is always next week. It is wonderful to have the practice, and I had a lot of fun being out there and seeing everyone in the nice weather.

If the back hurts, I think you need to see a doctor and rest for a while because it can cause problems in the future. You have photographed many beautiful mushrooms that look very beautiful.
