My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2023
I had a wonderful round of disc golf at the tournament yesterday. It was around an 860 rated round, and that was good for me for the difficulty of the course.
My son was playing on my card but did not do as well as he did last week. It does vary from week to week.
My back was feeling fine, and I was able to throw smoothly.

It's great to hear your back is OK, and it's true that disc golf scores can vary from week to week.
