My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2023
It was cold and cloudy today. I stayed mostly around the house and did some grocery shopping on my e-bike. I also walked the dog.
I did some brief practice putting in the yard to get ready for the disc golf tournament round tomorrow. I'm looking forward to playing and feel pretty well physically. This is the second to last week of the tournament.

Oh man, this is close to what I looked like out on the disc golf course today. The wind was blowing like crazy.
You had a productive day despite the cold and cloudy weather. Shopping for groceries on your e-bike, spending time with your dog, and practicing for a disc golf tournament all sound like fun activities. Spider webs amidst the morning dew are truly a beautiful sight! 🕸️
