My Actifit Report Card: October 28 2023
I watched my son conducting a piece at a concert today. It is just amazing to see your children grow up.
Other than that, I did not do much besides walk the dog.
It was a wonderful day today, although it was a bit on the cold side. It sounds like it will warm up just a bit for tomorrows disc golf tournament. It is the last week of the eight week league. I'm going to miss playing there for a bit, but there will be another league early next year.

I learned the flute at the age of 10 and played all through elementary school through high school. I still play to this day; often at church when we lead worship. I always wondered what it would be like to conduct a piece of music with an orchestra. You must be very proud of your son!
