My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2023
My Fitbit readiness score was a 7 today. I should have probably just rested, but it warmed up in the afternoon, and I could not resist heading out to the course for a short practice round.
Sometimes, I like to play by myself and just enjoy being out on the course. I was learning how to throw my new Hex midrange disc and doing some extra putting practice. I really like the Hex disc and hope that the one I lost will be returned. It is always nice to have a couple of discs that you like to bag.
I think that tomorrow I should take a day off and rest a bit more.

It's hard to not be outside!!😄
I really enjoy being out there in most kinds of weather. It sounds like the rain is moving in again soon so I might have to take a bit of a break if it gets too rainy.

Thank you, I'm doing very well. In general, I feel very safe out on the disc golf courses. If anything should happen at least I'm doing what I enjoy.

Thank you. Sometimes the lighting looks really nice when I am out on the course and I pull out my camera to capture it.
There is always a need to take a day off and refresh yourself. You feel much more stronger and energetic when you show up again.
Sometimes I have trouble slowing down when the weather is nice around here. I ended up playing another round today and putting in some steps.

I can see/imagine how much fun it would be to practice on the golf course, especially with new discs! However, listening to your Fitbit device and giving yourself a break every now and then is important. Hopefully the missing Hex disc will return, and hopefully tomorrow's rest day will help your recovery!👌
I'm heading back down to the course I lost the Hex disc on in the morning. I might look for it a bit longer if I feel up to it. I know the disc is close to the basket but it is hiding under some leaves or something.
Many times good things can be done even if you follow it yourself because the mind is very cool.
Still the environment is much more beautiful I think it is possible for any human being to warm one's heart in such an environment and thank you very much for sharing such a beautiful environment with us.
It does warm my heart to be out there on the disc golf course. I'm happy that I can spend my time in this way.

There are a lot of nice places around here. The weather can be a bit cold in the winter but the scenery is wonderful.
It's always fun when you're on the golf course and sometimes playing alone is no less exciting, especially while practicing how to throw a midrange Hex disc, I'm sure with frequent practice you'll quickly master it.

Actually, the weather is a bit cold this time of year. Maybe it looks hot because it has not rained as much recently as it usually does.

I wondered of the phone used flash. Its cool how the trees shimmer in the front but the sun is to the rear.
There was no flash used, however, in processing, I applied a warming filter that helped fill in the trees a bit.
I really admire your consistency to still go out even after your body is not feeling to. Hope you find quality time to rest actually
I should be able to rest soon because the rain will be back and I usually don't like to play if it is cold and rainy.
