My Actifit Report Card: November 12 2023
It was kind of wet, cold, and rainy today, so I mostly rested. Doggie and I went for the usual walk, and he went for a swim in his favorite puddle that forms in the rainy season. He can't figure out why I won't let him up on my lap afterward, lol.
One of my other disc golf buddies was out playing, but the weather was a bit too much for me. Tomorrow sounds like it is going to be a bit better, at least in the afternoon. Hopefully, I will be able to get out of the house and on the course. I have a few things I want to try to see if I can improve my distance at a bit before the next disc golf league.

In fact anyone likes to get wet in this kind of rain and he is a doggy but he doesn't realize that if his body gets wet then it will be a bit of a problem to lift him later anyway.

I think the mushroom is really very big and so unique and I have never found this mushroom in my forest, maybe it's in a different country so it's not there in my place

I am going to work on the weight transfer between my back and forward foot and the timing between my hip rotation and arm release. I have been putting a lot of pressure on my forward hip, and I think this is losing me some distance and could cause an injury.
Hopefully tomorrow the weather will be sunnier and you can enjoy the game as usual

Weather like that is definitely better for resting and taking a leisurely walk with your dog, bad weather will only make you feel more tired,
Hopefully tomorrow the weather will improve and you can do some of the activities you have planned, the mushrooms look so big and very fresh the weather must be so cold

I prefer to rest also when the weather is not favourable especially during the raining season except what I plan to do is very important. We do eat mushrooms although not every type but this species does not look like the edible one.
