My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2024
I played a practice round of disc golf at my favorite course by a river. The weather was still a bit on the cold side, but it was nicer than the last few days.
I parked the first hole for a birdie with my drive, almost hitting the pole. After that, I decided to score the round and ended up with a +1. It wasn't a half bad score for the course, but it feels like I should be going under par on this easy course when it is not windy.
As usual, I missed several short throws for birdies. On the one hand, it is annoying to miss these throws when I know that I can hit the putts in practice sessions. On the other hand, at least my drives were good enough to get me into position to attempt the putts.
Tomorrow my friends and I are planning to play a more difficult course. It might be raining or snowing. Hopefully the weather conditions won't be too difficult.
