My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2024
I took another day of rest today and just did some brief walking and yard work. It is trash day tomorrow, so I gathered up the blackberry hedge trimmings for removal from the composting service. It is an easy job, but I find it a bit difficult to get down and pick up stuff off the ground. Maybe more practice will help, but the years haven't been so kind to my back, lol. 😄
It was a nice sunny day today, and it felt nice to be outside working in the yard.
