Hi @dswigle! Nice to hear from you again and wonderful tree flower photo there.
My arm has been a bit of a chronic issue since it was pulled out of its joint in the days of my youth.
I also experienced some other accidents, most recently when almost face planting in the mud in a tournament a while ago. I'm not great at throwing things overhand as a result and wasn't sure I would be able to play disc golf because of my arm and some other chronic problems. At least things are improving and I think with some careful exercise I should be back to playing disc golf well again.
My next tournament is in a couple of weeks and I'm thinking about dropping it. I've already dropped out of one tournament and have been a bit on the fence about how much I should be playing this season.
I'm thinking about putting in a cherry, pear, or maybe some kind of nut tree. I'm not really sure at this point and it might take too long to clear a spot for it this season.
Hi there! That is a cherry tree!
Wow! You really have been having a time of it. You have always managed to come back from your injuries. Perhaps some Physical Therapy would do you well? It seems to have a positive effect on injured limbs , something to think about. Plus, it may help prevent more injuries in the future by fully healing. If you aren't 100% you are probably asking for trouble. :)
A cherry tree is nice. I have two, but, I also like peaches as they bear fruit after one year. I have 17 pecan and 17 black walnut trees over at my house on the Shore of Virginia. It has 3 acres and plenty of room for the giant nut trees! I have two pear trees there also. I like the pear trees. Plum, apple and pomegranate. Lots of fruit there. One can never have too many fruit and nut trees.
If you cannot clean it out, hire a young man that is looking for some extra $$. I sometimes will do that to expedite things. :)
I hope you are having a great day!
