¡Qué hay, mi gente de Hive! 💪 Continuamos con los reportes de Actifit y del entrenamiento diario.🔥 ¡Uf! La pela de ayer sí que me dejó sin deseos de salir de la cama. 😅 Hoy desperté súper cansado y no pude entrenar en la mañana. ¡Sabía que iba a ser un día demandante! 😬 ¡Y no me equivoqué! En el trabajo, hoy no podía mantener ni una straddle decente, ¡mi postura dejaba muchísimo que desear! 😩 Mis bíceps no están respondiendo como quiero, ¡pero la disciplina no me permite bajar los brazos! ¡Jamás! 🤩 ¡Llegué a aguantar 6 segundos en la straddle, aunque mi postura aún necesita trabajo, pero siento que progresé en duración! ¡Cada segundo cuenta! 🚀 Alrededor de las 4 pm, ¡me fui con todo al entrenamiento de plancha y glúteos! 🍑 ¡Hoy sudé la gota gorda y estuve súper consciente de cada movimiento! ¡Qué sensación tan extraña! 🤔 ¡Le sumé algunos segundos a cada serie de resistencia en plancha! ¡Siento cómo me fortalezco! ✨ Bueno, casi a las 6 pm salí del trabajo. Llegué a casa y ¡sorpresa! No había luz y el sol ya se escondía. ¡Pero esa no iba a ser mi excusa para no entrenar! ¡Así que directo a las barras! 😎 Hice el mismo entrenamiento de ayer y sentí que tenía mucho más control en el intento de front y en la straddle. ¡Sin darme cuenta, ya eran las 9 pm! 😲 ¡Volví a casa y seguí entrenando breakdance con la luz que iba y venía! 💡🕺 ¡A las 10 pm terminé mi sesión de breakdance! ¡Y eso es todo por hoy! ¡Jajajaja! 😄 ¡A seguir dándole con todo! 🙌

Yesterday's pela sure left me with no desire to get out of bed. 😅 Today I woke up super tired and couldn't train in the morning, I knew it was going to be a demanding day! 😬 And I wasn't wrong! At work, I couldn't even maintain a decent straddle today, my posture left a lot to be desired! 😩 My biceps aren't responding the way I want them to, but discipline won't let me give up! Never! 🤩 I managed to hold for 6 seconds on the straddle, although my posture still needs work, but I feel like I've made progress in duration! Every second counts! 🚀 Around 4pm, I went all out on the plank and glute workout! 🍑 I worked up a sweat today and was super conscious of every move! What a weird feeling! 🤔 I added a few seconds to each set of plank resistance! I feel myself getting stronger! ✨ Well, at almost 6pm I left work. I got home and surprise! There was no light and the sun was already hiding, but that wasn't going to be my excuse not to train! So straight to the bars! 😎 I did the same workout as yesterday and felt like I had a lot more control on the front and straddle attempt. before I knew it, it was already 9pm! 😲 I went home and continued breakdancing training with the light coming and going! 💡🕺 At 10 pm I finished my breakdancing session! And that's it for today! hahahaha! 😄 Let's keep on giving it everything! 🙌
