¡Hoy fue el día del papeleo! ¡Síííí, papel, papel y más papel! 😩 Y como si fuera poco, me mandaron a la chica nueva a ayudarme, ¡jejeje! Lo primero que le solté fue: "El conocimiento más importante para esta misión es saber usar la impresora". 🖨 ¿La tarea? Tenía que armar dos carpetas y una más de respaldo. Son carpetas con documentos de la empresa que necesitan los clientes (empresas formales) para convertirnos en sus proveedores.
¡Fue tanto papel que gastamos una resma completa! Y sí, perdimos muchos papeles por imprimir mal algunas cosas, ¡jajaja! 🤦♀️ Fue un día entero de impresión, y la pobre chica estaba más perdida que un pulpo en un garaje. No la culpo, ¡porque yo también me pierdo y eso que "sé" del tema! Pero ella no sabía ni qué se estaba imprimiendo ni dónde conseguirlo.

¡Gracias a Dios tenía un cuaderno donde le anoté la ubicación de todos los documentos! 📝 Seré sincero, ¡los documentos de la empresa son un desorden total! 😬 Pero bueno, al final pudo imprimir todo. No sabía usar la guillotina y le enseñé. ¡Me sentí tan orgulloso porque aprendía rápido! 🎉
Sé que muchos dirán: "¡Ay, qué simple es imprimir, cortar hojas, pegar papel o saber cómo va una carpeta!". Pero si nunca lo has hecho, puede haber un enfrentamiento de pensamientos: "¿No pregunto porque se burlarán?" o "¿Si lo hago mal, qué pensarán?". ¡No se puede quedar mal! Cada vez que ponía esa cara de "ayuda", ¡jajaja!, yo iba y le decía: "Tranquila, pregunta sin pena, yo ya estuve en esos zapatos". Y así pasó el día hasta que me fui del trabajo.
¡Y bueno, mis queridos lectores, eso fue todo por hoy! ¡Un día lleno de impresiones, aprendizajes y algunas risas! ¡Nos leemos en el próximo reporte! 😄
Today was paperwork day! Yay, paper, paper, paper, and more paper! 😩 And as if that wasn't enough, they sent me the new girl to help me, hehehehe! The first thing I said to her was: "The most important knowledge for this mission is to know how to use the printer". 🖨 The task? I had to put together two folders and one more as a backup. These are folders with company documents that clients (formal companies) need in order for us to become their suppliers.
It was so much paper that we used a whole ream! And yes, we lost a lot of paper because we misprinted some things, haha! 🤦♀️ It was a whole day of printing, and the poor girl was more lost than an octopus in a garage. I don't blame her, because I get lost too, and I "know" about it! But she didn't even know what was being printed or where to get it.

Thank goodness I had a notebook where I wrote down for her the location of all the documents! 📝 I'll be honest, the company's documents are a total mess! 😬 But well, in the end he was able to print everything. He didn't know how to use the guillotine and I taught him, I was so proud because he was a quick learner! 🎉
I know that many will say: ‘Oh, how simple it is to print, cut sheets, glue paper or know how a folder goes’. But if you've never done it, there can be a clash of thoughts: ‘I don't ask because they'll make fun?’ or ‘If I do it wrong, what will they think?’ You can't look bad! Every time she made that ‘help’ face, hahaha, I would go and tell her: ‘Don't worry, ask without shame, I've been in those shoes before’. And so the day went by until I left work.
