My Actifit Report Card: September 18 2025 #SWC

Hoy me desperté sintiendo que tenía un caparazón oxidado en lugar de espalda 😩, ¡no se imaginan! Sentía el lumbar y el trapecio duros como piedras. Era como si mis músculos chocaran unos con otros, ¡una cosa de locos! 🤯 Y por si fuera poco, tenía una fatiga que me hacía cabecear en cualquier lado. 😴 A pesar de todo, saqué fuerzas de donde no las tenía, ejercité por la mañana, me di una ducha y me fui directo al trabajo. 🏃💨
El trabajo: Una nueva prueba de fuerza
En la oficina, mi rol ha cambiado: ahora estoy ayudando al gerente en la caja por la falta de personal. 💼 Así que no pude usar mucho las escaleras como normalmente hago. De hecho, me quedé dormido varias veces y me costaba un montón mantener los ojos abiertos. 😵 Antes, mi castigo era hacer planchas cada vez que bajaba, pero ahora, ¡era cada vez que subía! Con mi "caparazón" oxidado, les juro que fue súper doloroso. 😩
De regreso a casa: ¡La aventura continúa!
Cuando salí del trabajo, casi me caigo tres veces en el autobús del sueño que tenía. 🚌💤 ¡Gracias a Dios no me caí! En una de esas, pensé que me iba a ir de lado, pero por suerte me fui de frente, ¡mi pensamiento casi se hace realidad! 😂 Pero bueno, llegué a mi casa, ¡y sin pensarlo dos veces salí a entrenar! 🏋️♂️

Today I woke up feeling like I had a rusty metal shell on my back 😩, you can't imagine! My lower back and trapezius muscles were rock hard. It felt like my muscles were grinding against each other—crazy! 🤯 And to make matters worse, I was so tired I kept nodding off. 😴 Despite everything, I mustered up the strength, went for a workout in the morning, took a shower, and headed straight to work. 🏃💨
Work: A New Test of Strength
At the office, my role has changed: I'm now helping the manager at the cash register due to staff shortages. 💼 So I didn't get to use the stairs as much as usual. In fact, I almost fell asleep several times and had a hard time keeping my eyes open. 😵 Before, my punishment was doing planks every time I went downstairs, but now it was every time I went upstairs! With my "rusty shell," I swear it was super painful. 😩
Back Home: The Adventure Continues!
When I left work, I almost fell asleep on the bus three times. 🚌💤 Thank goodness I didn't fall! On one of those occasions, I thought I was going to fall sideways, but luckily I fell forward—my thought almost became a reality! 😂 Anyway, I got home, and without thinking twice, I went for another workout! 🏋️♂️
